Electric Dreams

Electric Dreams, previously titled Anima Ex Machina, is a narrative-driven action-adventure sci-fi game concept created as a student project to showcase some of my game development skillsets and provide a proof of concept for a potential future production. It features a full narrative arc with interactive dialog and complex gameplay scenarios.

It was built utilizing a plethora of purchased assets on the Unreal Marketplace and beyond, alongside extensive customization, including level art, lighting, audio and music, and fully voiced interactive characters performed by myself using Voicemod. Full asset credits are included at the end of each video and in the video descriptions.

Dark Luna

This is an Unreal Engine level art & design project I created allowing players to explore a massive colorful sci-fi planet concept. It features a combination of models and assets from the Unreal Marketplace mixed with extensive terrain manipulation, lighting, and set dressing to create a spectacular alien world. Full asset credits are included in the YouTube link description.

Simulation and Game Development Clubhouse - Virtual Learning Center

This is a virtual clubhouse and educational meeting space for SGD students at CPCC in Charlotte, NC. I led a class as an intern instructor and collaborated with students in concepting the ideal student clubhouse. I then used our concepts to create this fully interactive shared space via Unity, and hosted it for students to use on AltspaceVR - accessible online via either VR or regular mouse and keyboard.

The clubhouse includes a conference hall - where instructors and students can share their screen via a fully functional virtual display, an art exhibit  - where students can upload their latest assets for display, a theater - where videos can be viewed and shared, a playroom - where students can play interactive VR games, and finally, a student resources section including a general college news bulletin.

SGD Universe

This is a brief indie-style narrative-focused horror game I created earlier in my learning based on concepts and designs developed collaboratively with my college class. In this world, students' personal and emotional struggles would take form as various monsters that players must avoid or escape. It is meant to resemble the minimalist style of games such as Gone Home, The Stanley Parable, or What Remains of Edith Finch. It was created in Unity using a combination of Unity Store assets and custom 3D models.
